well you first need to find out what type of hair you have and how your skin is. MAke-up should be natural-looking. Don't go all the way out with eyeshawdow or lipstick. Keep it simple that's what relly looks nice. As for hairstyles, try to find what you like best and how your hair works.

Well i think throwing your hair in a messy bun is cute..*you can leave bangs out*.. Um Highlights could bring out the color.. I don`t really wear my hair up so sorry i didn`t help much on that question..

Make up tips..
Make sure not to wear crzy bright colors that don`t don`t match you eye color.. *Like for eyeshadow/eyeliner*
Wear the right skin complextion in foundation/press powder etc..

This mainly depends on how long your bangs are, and what style they are as well. You could always look in magazines for ideas for hair styles, or here are a few helpful websites:

Next, make-up also depends on many factors, such as skin type, hair color, eye color, etc. You can find great tips in Cosmopolitan magazine, Glamour, and other girly magazines, as well as online.
Here are some helpful sites about make-up(as it could literally take me days to go into this):

I hope that helped.
