Look, I'm sorry, but if I can't see any evidence of abuse then I can't do anything about it. I'm not calling you a liar, but if I banned them just because you said they said something, then any old person could report abuse and make up a load of stuff. I'm sorry if that makes you angry but I'm just following rules.
If you want to quit then go ahead, no one's stopping you. But if you do it just because you're unhappy with one person then that's just spiting yourself. You're the one losing out not the people who pissed you off.
