go for it. make this first move. i promise you that you will love doing it and that it wont be as hard as the first time. if you dont do it then it wont happen and then you will be sad that you didnt get a chance to see if he is a good kisser. you need to break the shyness between you to. it isnt a good thing to have around each other. hope everything works out for you.

Well maybe he is nervous just try to do things around him to make him feel comfortable around you. Or maybe you could make the first move and he is just waiting for a girl to take control of the situation because lots of boys like a woman who is in control.
