There is this beautiful girl at school and I'm taking here 2 winter formal. But i don't think she considers it a date but I do. So how could I make sure that she knows its a date

It sounds like you got it bad, boy =) lol Okay well a way for her to understand it's a date to give her flowers when you pick her up or meet. At the end of your date, you could even kiss her. Risky, I know, because she acts like it's not even a date but ya know you gotta take a chance.
Your second option would be just to be straight forward with her. Ask her when you are together one day, "do you consider going to the winter formal with me as a date?"
Ya just gotta see how it goes =)
