Hi I am a 16 year old virgin. I find myself thinking about sex a lot. It all started when I caught my dad watching it on the computer, and I was only twelve. I dont know how to stop my obbsession. Can you help me?? p.s. i am a girl

Thinking about it a lot at your age is perfectly normal.

Are you watching it to or just thinking about it?
Either way it is normal. You probably won't stop thinking about it so long as you are curious.

I don't think catching dad watching it made all that big a difference. May have started you thinking about it but that's about it.

Unless it is interfering with your day to day functioning, I wouldn't worry about it. If it does, then you may have to seek some professional advice. If you do normal 16 year old activities other than the thoughts, you are okay. :)
