hi i weigh 12 stone and im 5 2 i hate goin to school cause i feel like a whale and all the other girls are at least 9 stone or 8 help please give me some good advice....
1. Cut down on carbohydrates such as bread and pasta and you will def see a difference.
2.Only eat three meals a day- if you need anything in between eat fruit
3. Cut out fizzy drinks and drink water instead
4. Always always eat breakfast
5. Stop eating dessert if you do so at the moment
6. Try to cut down slightly on portion sizes
7. Try to walk for 30 mins a day

xsk8ergirlx88 answered Thursday November 24 2005, 4:55 pm: i dont get what you mena by 12 stone? where do you live but usoing the comararesom frmo 12 to like 8-9 i can tottaly relate most girls in my grade are like 110 lbs but i am like 140. but i just stay positive. just think to your self " im nice and if you dont like me than thats ur problem" thats what i do. and i dnt like my body so my mom signed me up and now i go to the gym when ever i get some free time.i have a lot of fat on my waste so i do a lot of machines and leg macines because my legs are fat. but even when i go to the gym i can stay home and work out even if you dont have any equiptment. i do push ups and sit ups fro my stomich. and i do squats for my legs. i want to be a cheer leader next year so i also go outside and run around my house a bunck of times or i go to the highschool by my house and i run on the track. i also eat good to i mean cookies and cake arent good for you but if you want some you can have it just have a little and drink water and eat a banana for a meal instead.see even if you cant go out to work out you can stilll get fit at home. just remember stay positive and be comfortable with who you are.

orphans answered Thursday November 24 2005, 4:05 pm: just because the other girls are lighter than you are doesnt mean anything. you should try your hardest to become comfortable with yourself and with the way you look, but if your really worried about it, make sure that you eat a balanced diet with 5 fruit or veg a day and do 30mins exercise to tone up any fat that you may have. dont feel pressured by other people everyone is different 'it makes u unique!' hope this helped, if you have anything else you want to ask dont be afraid to drop it in my inbox. xxxluceexxx [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]

You cant base yourself off of others. Be happy fer who you are. If you feel that strongly bout it just cut out junk food for starters .. and then maybe walk/jog/cardio/arobics. Stuff like that.
