i`ve been dating my boyfriend for about 6 months and we dated last year for a few months. But i dont know if i can trust him anymore though. he hasnt done anything i just dont have the same secure feeling that i can trust him.

try talking to him. it may be that y'all are just growing distant. and that happens, sadly. i don't know y'alls specific circumstances but i know i had a while where i didn't really tell my boyfriend anything because we'd always talk late at night and i didnt want to get into something and then have one of us have to go to bed before the conversation was done but it wasn't that i couldnt trust him, it was that there just wasnt the time. could that be the case maybe? the best thing you can do is talk to him about it and see if that helps you figure anything out. :)
