ok well there are two ways
1)if you have paint on your computer then open it up. Then go to file open and find the picture. Then when it is there at the top there is something that says image. click it. Then go to strech/skew and there will be two things that say 100 change both of them(i usually make it 20 20 or 15 15) and then click ok and the pic will be smaller then you have to save it again and put it on.

2) if you dont have paint then you need to go to this web site [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) you will have to make an account but its easy then find the pic and downlaod it onto the photobucket and the go to edit resize and you can resize it there

if you have any more questions feel free to ask.
