Losing weight

Question Posted Friday November 18 2005, 7:47 pm

Hi Britt!

Thank you for your advice. I don't drink any sodas at all and I drink 64oz of water every day atleast. I am a complete vegetarian (no meat, no eggs, no fish). This my diet: Breakfast: Oatmeal. Lunch: I take a small lunch box. rice + one vegetable curry. dinner: rice+vegetable curry and i drink a glass of buttermilk. I have been trying to exercise veeryday, like atleast 30mins on the treadmill, but now as it is winter, i am not able to get myself out. And I guess my sedentary work (I am at the computer all day) is not helping much.

I am so sorry that i didn't answer it was just that my computer died and I had to get it in the shop. I don't usually just not answer people. Anyways that isn't the point, I'm not sure how much help this can be now but I'll answer it anyway.

Well, it sounds to me that you are doing a fantastic job and even though it seems like you aren't loosing any weight and you don't have a clue to why you are keeping it up...well I have a little trick. Try it for a week and see...don't look at your weight for the whole week but keep doing what your doing and only measure yourself in the morning on the last day after you have gone to the bathroom (gross) but everything puts weight on you...then see. IF that doesn't work and you think you still have extra weight that is there that you could loose then you probably have water weight and there is nothing you can do then "swet" is out.I hope that helps and again I am sorry it took so long!
