well you have to think, that maybe he only likes her as a friend i mean i've had boyfriends were it seems like they hang out with other girls more , but there just like good freinds & just tell him that you like him a lot or that you love him. & or you can have one of your freinds ask him how much he likes you or if he loves you, my freinds do that for me a lot ( it works ) well good luck & dont worry trust him , if he says he dosent like her then he dosent, but if he hesitats then he might.
