I'm 13 and I just started my period I think in January. Ever since I started after that time of the month was over, this white stuff comes out and it is nasty. And I'm afraid there's something wrong with me, Help?

nope.
you are perfectly normal
its call discharge, its a way your body cleans it's self
you can wear pantie liners if you please, but you dont have too
your not abnormal.
