hi there's this guy i hate a lot and i woulod love to push him off a tall building - perhaps a HDB flat or suntec city. what is the minimum height i must push him off the building such that he can attain terminal velocity before he hits the ground? he has an approximate mass of 65kg and the acceleration due to gravity can be taken to be 9.81m/s^2.

i don't recommend that you push anyone off buildings. as far i know it's not legal. but since you want to know...

skip the physics. just push him off a 50-storey building. he'll definitely die.
