rating issue

I would like to contest someone's rating of me. I had acidentally clicked the wrong question and put in my answer for another question. She rated me as a 1 because it didn't relate to her question. Of course it wouldn't because it was intended for another. I don't think this is an acurate rating because neither were related to the other. And while I'm on the issue of ratings, how is it that it will take me 5 or 6 "5" ratins to go up one point, but when I get a 4 I wil go down 3 or 4 points? Thank you for your time.
