Okay so i totally get how you could be worried about messing with ur relationships. wut i would do is ask him if its ok ( and dont be like yo can i date ur sis) ask meaning fully ask and tell your true feelings and if he says no dont beg....just take it as a no ( unless you want to loose your friendship) or maybe you could tell his sister your feelings and have her ask him ( but i dont know how he will react to either one of these so i would do whatever feels right to you and if neither of these helps then please email me with more details and i can try and help you out more.
