DVD X COPY Platinum

Question Posted Saturday November 5 2005, 1:38 pm

Does anyone here have the DVD X COPY Platinum? The DVD-burning program? Well, I was burning a DVD on my computer, and after it got done reading the movie, it said "insert blank disc." So I did, and the START button was still grayed out. I don't understand! Was I supposed to insert it into the Compact Disc Drive on my computer, or the burner? I tried both and the START button was still grayed out. What should I do? Oh, and I know the program isn't messed up. Please only answer this question if you've used the DVD X COPY Platinum. Please do NOT answer this question if you are only going to say "I haven't used this program, maybe you..." I repeat! IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED THIS PROGRAM, THIS QUESTION IS NOT FOR YOU!!!

i know you don't want people answering if they have never used it. but i also see that you havent gotten any answers to your question.
so i am sorry for answering.
but, is there a number for the manufacturing company of this program? Even if there is no problem with the program, the creators of it probably no more, and can help you better than some people here.
