Can you help me with this riddle? I got this riddle via email for Halloween. I have NO idea what the answer is, and am hoping this this is not just a question of philosophy. Here you go:
What does man love more than life
Fear more than death or mortal strife
What the poor have, the rich require,
and what contented men desire,
What the miser spends and the spendthrift saves
And all men carry to their graves?
I thought the answer might be "happiness", but feel free to tell me how incredibly far off I am. :)
