I wanna be a teddy bear for Halloween. I don't have a lot of money to spend. Does anyone have any ideas?

brown sweat pants and sweatshirt and make some ears out of constuction paper and glue them on a head band or buy some and get makeup and draw whiskers and a nose and brown makeup on your face

wear all brown(cordouroy would be the best for pants) and wear fuzzy stuff or stuff your shirt so it looks like you got a big tummy like bears do..lol i dont know really sorry thats not so great advice!
