VGA box with tuner

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) can someone who knows about these things tell me if its possible to take screen captures off a video (like playing a video on a tv) and put them onto computer with this device?

My brother wanted to answer this question so here's his answer..

If im not mistaken, I have basically the same thing. I used it once to connect my Playstation 2 to it and was able to play it on my LCD monitor BUT it does not let you take screen captures off of it. To do this, you would have to have a tv tuner card installed in your PC.
