organization im trying to keep on improving my grades and i keep saying i will but i dont get enough sleep and i keep on procrastinating and i keep on getting disorganized as im getting organized what's the best time to sleep and what is the ideal schedule for a student? I tried to make my own but they just don't work.

The crux of the issue is to get up when you should (and try to make that roughly the same time each day), and go to sleep when you're tired. If you get up when you should for a week or two, you'll find yourself sleepy at the right time for you. Then pack the studying, assignments and rest of life into whatever time you have left. ]
