Well, what's best is really dependant upon people's opinions. Good and popular brands are: Dooney and Burke, Coach, Kate Spade, Louis Vutton, the above two you mentioned and a few others.
Price wise..well, D&B you can get for a couple hundred on sale. Their price depends on the size (for all purses) For example, a huge Loius Vutton is THOUSANDS.
You can try EBAY for cheaper prices.
You can go to any of the makers websites to see what's in the line right now.
Most cities have knock offs that look like the real thing.
Remember, just because something is name brand doesn't mean you HAVE to have it! You can get a cute purse anywhere from Foley's to Walmart! You just have to look! :)
