Do not use any regular soap because they have alchohol and ingrediants that make it infected. The salt water treatment is simple you get a shot glass and fillt it about 1/2 to 3/4 way up with warm water. then you buy organic sea salt and get a teaspoon and fill it about 1/2 to 1/4 way of sea salt and pour the sea salt into the water and mix it. taste a tiny bit to make sure its not to salty. then take the shot glass or small cup and as your standing put it against your belly button like on it then slowly lie down so it make a suction feeling. hold it down on you belly button for about 5 minutes and then stand up slowly and pour it out. you should do this twice a day and it really helps remove all the discharge you get from the piercing. hope i helped
