microsoft word ok, one quick question. i have to type an essay and my teacher wants it to have spaces inbetwene each line. is there a spcial button that i cant find or do i just press enter on every line?
im computer literate so you dont have to have it THAT detailed. thatks

First of all, highlight your paper. Then, on the top of the screen, where the buttons that say "file" and "edit", click the one that says "format", scroll down and click "Paragraph". look for the bar at the top of the screen that popped up that reads "spacing". Then, click on it. Look for the bar with the arrow that says "Line spacing" click on it, and click on "double" Then hit, "okay" and your paper will have lines inbetween it. ]
Here's an easy little shortcut:
Press Ctrl and 2 at the same time.

you g to format, paragraph,linespcing, then cclick double ]
There is a place at the top like in the row where it says file. Check them all out until you find a word that says paragraph. If you click paragraph then you adjust to where it says double space and then you papare will automatically double space when you type. ]
type the whole essay first, the highlight the essay and press ctrl and 2 at the same time
