ok I am talking to my xboyfriend about dateing again, but then again he is kinda talking to a 18 year old but he is 16 and he kinda dosnt want to date her... what do I do???

Well first off how does he feel about dating you? Does he want too or is he like "eh....whatever"?. And this is more something he needs to solv rather than you but he's just gotta be honest, that he is really not intrested in her....if he wants to not hurt her he can always offer friendship.
