hey! you seem like a real cool girl! you were also the only one that gave me the advice i was looking for. ok.. I no every girl has something they dont like about themselfs but i wish i wouldnt be one of them. i mean i am 14 i shouldnt need to worry about my weight.. but i mean my sister weighs 127? i think and she is 18! and see myself being what she was .. she has lost a lot of weight.. and yes the mirror is my worst enemy when it comes to my body. i mean i could only eat a cookie and milk the whole day.. and wont see my weight drop at all... i used to be anerexic during the summer.. i was 102.. and i liked being that. i want to be that again! but its hard to when you are at school and have food around you all the time , or when your mom notices you not eating.. its hard to do...

Firstly, you really don't want to go down to that weight again. More celebs are put in mags for looking too thin then for being too fat! Think about it, if you become too thin then you'll look worse, and you'll become ill too, which is NOT attractive!
Secondly, you need to be eating food that is good for you, of course a cookie is not great for your weight! Try salads, fruits, veggies, not only will you look better, but you'll feel better and a lot more healthy!
Lastly, there is no need to be obsessive about your weight. Weigh yourself every 2 weeks, and keep a chart of your weight. Make sure you're only eating foods that are good for you, and do plenty of toning exercises, like swimming, cycling or jogging.
A good tip is to make up a mantra, something like "I'm beautiful, healthy and I can acheieve anything". You may feel silly, but try saying this into the mirror 3 times a day, or when you're feeling down.
You'll have plenty more self confidence, which oozes onto other people. When people can see this, they'll start believeing your mantra too!
Good luck, and for more advice, just ask!
