hey again~ i tried writing you earlier but it didnt work...well...first whats ur name and age? i also wanted to say thank you for writing me back. you are good at giving advice, but as much as i hear that im skinny it dont help me any. i dont know why , but i want to become what i was. I felt more proud of my body. OH and i think you misunderstood about my boyfriend he is probully the niceiest guy he treats me perfect. He just gets mad about this stuff... I have noticed that i seem to not eat at all when im depressed.. And i get real depressed sometimes...i dont know im so confused.
ok well i say that the first thing you need to figure out is why you felt more proud of your body when you were skinnier.
and props to your b/f lol
then after you find out why you felt better about yourself when you were skinnier, find out why you feel depressed. when you figure out those 2 things you will prolly find out why you feel that way.
but to me it seems that whatever the reason is that is cuasing you to be depressed is making you insecure about yourself, and thus making you want to be someone who you are not, and try to make you live up to the standards of this world. now don't get me wrong, its good to be healthy, but may i remind you its not healthy to be to skinny.
so basically my advice to you is to find out what makes you depressed, and why just being a couple pounds lighter makes you feel proud about yourself. when you find those things out you could prolly figure out whats cuasing you to think this way yourself, but if you can't im here
and i know it don't help you any but im gonna say it anyway......you are not fat
