Ok so i like richie as you no. i always sit next tohim and he always sits next to me. i dont know if this is anything but weve never gone out and weve never kissed or tryed to either. I dont know if he likes me. he said he would go out with me but not yet. should i wait for him? should i talk to him more? should i call him more often(i have his #)?should i wait b/c i no last year he had a hard relationship and he just wants to be single for a while. i dont know what i should do.HELP ME!!!!!

If he said that he would go out with you, then all you can do is take his word for it. I will assume that he would not have said it if he did not mean it. Give him some space, but let him know that you are still interested. Maybe ask him to do some "friend" things. Guys are a lot more straight forward. If they say something along the lines of what Richie said to you, then I would take that to heart. Now, don't wait forever. If you see him flirting with other girls or showing any signs that he is interested in someone besides you, then forget him. He may have said that so he would not hurt your feelings.
