ok, my friend and her boyfriend have been dating on and off since she was 12 and he was 16 (a month before both their birthdays, so practically 13 and 17) on and off for a year. she is a freshman and he is a senior. while one of the times that they were off he had another girlfriend and then broke up with her for for my friend again. his ex has been really jealous ever since then and last night my friend and him had sex for the first time with eachother after a year of dating. no one really knows about it but his ex is convinced they do it all the time (NOT the case, im with them most of the time and theyre the cutest couple ive ever seen, they really care about each other). anyways, is it possible for his ex to file a report to the police with NO proof whatsoever, since my friend is currently a minor?

You can always file a report. The question is will they do something about it. Usually, its is the parents that complain about these matters. There has to be some kind of proof to that they are having sex before they can prosecute. And not being a virgin anymore isn't proof. They would have to be found in the act, find his semen in her, or she have his baby before there is proof. ]
