get better quicker

hey ppl. besides sleeping and medicine and stuff and there any like little thing that helps get better quicker? i have a cold and i've tried everything. i didnt go to school today but i need to tomorrow....HELP

Hi,

I don't know whether you get it in the US but iver here we have this stuff called Lemsip Flu Plus Max Strength! If you can lay your hands on it then get some - it's magic.

Also drink a load of orange juice as it's full of Vitamin C and avoid dairy products for a coupla days as it stimulates the glands that produce snot - which is never a good thing!!!
