lol, interesting question...um, haven't looked at your pic but I think you might have a better success rate if you talk to the girl first. Unless youre a really bad conversation-maker and a really good kisser :p
Oh, and let's just say I'm this girl: if I don't talk to you, do I still know you enough to think youre cool? Or do I just know your name and that's all? cuz that makes a big difference.
