okay ashley..i think im too fat..and i havent eaten for over 5 days now..is this bad?
im reall unsecure

ok well the first thing you need to do is eat
not eating wont make you skinny seriously like it shuts down your matabolism or whatever and you dont lose any weight! do that wont help and next if you wanna lose weight try working out like if you really want to do this ill help you but you need to eat ..... tyl going on a diet i mean in my openion they dont work like.... running or doing crunches is the best thing and try eating healthy
