okay this is really embarrasing but i dont know how to make out really i mean ive done it twice but i dont know how to if you get what im saying. And how are you know if your good or bad i mean isnt making out making out?

Well .. if you have done it more than once I'm sure you're doing it right. There really is no "wrong" way to make-out. When you are making-out it just happens. You wont really think about it. Just relax. lol.

Yes making out is making out however, people have different preferences like technique and speed and sensitivity. Don't worry about how you make out if you've made out wiht one guy more than once obviously you're not that bad.
