theres this guy at my school that i really like. but i don't know if i even have a chance with him. he's in a few of my classes and we flirt sometimes, but i can't tell if he's just like that. a bunch of my friends keep saying they're gonna hook us up but i dont want them to. becuz i'm not the type of person to tell my friend to tell their friend that i like them.

Well youll never have a chance with him if you have that frame of mind. Of course you have a chance, you just have a larger or smaller chance than other people, but you STILL have a chance with him. Just stay freinds with im for now but try hanging out with him outside of school. as for your freinds getting invovled only use them as a source for information that they already know. dont have them go tell him you like him or have them pump him for information. its your relationship with him not theirs, so dont let them run it. Call him sometime and hangout with him, and when you talk with him dont always just chat about random stuff, sometimes talk to him about subjects that are important and truly mater.
