my hips look too big in the dress my friend gave me.. and i really like it.. my hips look bad because i dont have a butt, and not big boobs. is there anyone way i can slim them down before Saturday? i know its a short time.. but should i crash diet.. do a lot of exercises or what?

You might already know that it's best to eat SEVERAL SMALL portions a day. Say, have an apple and a piece of cheese, two hours later have a few crakers, and an hour lateR have one piece of wheat toast, and so on and so forth, ya know? Little intakes of food like that givs your body time to digest everything properly. You see how that's better than eating one or two huge meals a day... because it takes too long to catch up, and it can not burn the calories quick enough, and then just quits, adding body fat.
