love him hate him

Question Posted Saturday October 1 2005, 12:07 am

theres this boy that i fell really really hard for in the third grade. now we're both in the 11th grade and I'm still madly in love with him. But I recently found out that he suffers from severe ADHD. He cant control a thing he says. He thinks it and it just flys out of his mouth. i feel bad for him but he says such jerky things like your ugly and your fat. I really want to be with him but its hard when he says these things. I want to slap the crap out of him but i know its not his fault! its so hard because i know thats not who he is! underneath his disability he is so sweet! i remember what he used to be like before high school. he asked me to be his girlfriend and i dont know what to say because i dont really like the emotional roller coaster he throws me on but i love him! please help me!

I'd personally say no. He needs to deal with his mental problems before they start to affect the lives of others.
