My friend is having a birthday but its on New Year's Eve. What kind of party should she do! And she wants to invite like at least 15 so we cant go up to the mountains or something. Thanks for the help! Luv ya!

the mountains? Do you mean like renting a cabin for the weekend? lol well that sounds like a lotta funn... you cud do that... or every1 cud chip in & you could rent a limo and go clubbin... or a teen club... (depending on how old you are) or u cud rent a party hall and hire a DJ...

My fiance's birthday is on New Years Eve, and we usually throw him a combined New Years and Birthday party with common birthday AND New Years things. I don't know how old you are, but we usually do some drinking, and of course count down to midnight.
