jog around the neighborhood
do 30 pushups/crutches 5 times a day
swim
work out at the gym
lift weights
eat healthy: avoid fatty, sugar, and junk foods! cut down on in-between-meal snacks! drink plenty of water..cut down on soft drinks, smoothies, etc.. eat lots of fruits & vegetables!
join a sports camp or play a sport
dance
also cut back on dinner because that's like right before you sleep & when you sleep..it kind of stays there *don't ask...my friend just told me lol*
DO THESE A LOT & DO THEM EVERY SINGLE DAY OR IT WON'T WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (be determined to lose weight!!!)
MAKE SURE TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER WHEN YOU EXERCISE OR YOU COULD GET DEHYDRATED!!
