Okay. So there is a guy on my swim team. To put it nicely, well, he is just a littly creepy. Hah. So anyways, I'm 14/freshman, and he's a junior/17. First, he's 3 years older. It's not exactly the age thing, because I have junior and seinor guy friends, except they all have good intentions and stuff. I know alot of senior's think they can just get stuff from freshman girls, but they know they're not getting anything and they don't try, so I find nothing wrong with being friends with them. They're not like that, and I'm not like that.
Ahh sorry I'm rambling, back to my question.
Anyways, once at a swim meet and he's like hey my neck hurts, will you rub my neck? So I said mmm No. So he's like pleaseee and he keeps going on and on so finally, I told him no, I don't want to rub his neck, go find someone else to. Then he said okay..You want to come to my car with me and get something from it? I said no. He just keeps going on and on, and goshhh he dosn't go away. He asks me to go places with him all the time, and always asks for hugs and I don't want to touch him, I mean I barely talk to him, he's creepy, and he is not the kind of person that I want to be around, priority wise. He comes up to me and pokes me and grabs me and stuff, and I mean seriously, I don't want him to touch me, I've told him that, I don't think he gets it.
I don't want to go file for some sexual harassment or anything, because well that's too much and it's not to the point where he'd try and seriously do something, and it's not exactly emotionally hurting me or what ever people say, I just am annoyed by it and want him to stop. What do I do?

ok well at that point i would say "leave me alone or im gonna file sexual harrasment"
BUT since i don't no this guy that might be risky and i know lots o people that r that annoying to me and i do pretty well with it, don't get me wrong sometimes it gets to the point where u want to shoot them but try to be nice
by the way you said it, it sounds like he likes you so when someone annoying like you this is what i do
try to stay in groups, they are intimidated to talk to you in groups (usually)
whenever he is around try to get in a conversation with someone else and don't stop talking so he doesn't get a chance to talk and keep on talking till he leaves
and when you are stuck talking to him always answer with one word phrases when you can and act like you are looking for something or trying to get some where (you are looking for something... another person to talk to lol)
and if none of that works than you can use the most powerful weapon known to man besides knowledge.....the truth, just tell him to leave you alone..and act dead serious when you tell him that...BUT i don't know this guy so i don't know what he would do
so try what i told you and if that don't work than tell me
and if i know you than ask me at school or comment on my xanga or somethin cause its annoying to type out words completly on this thing, it only lets me put Laugh Out Loud once
