ok so im a dancer and ive been eating really healthy since like january but ive been eating really really healthy for the past couple of months and i have a performance coming up next month and i want to have a good enough body for my costume cuz they are two pieces but my friends keep telling me that i need to eat more how can i like eat to satisfy my friends but still lose weight or like reach my goal for my performace

you dont need to eat to satisfy your freinds. all you need to do is eat healthy meaning; stay away from sugar, white processed wheat,and dairy. drink lots of water and excercise frequently, might want to try an abb workout to tone your stomach and try either swimming or running to get more cardio. if you eat right and excersise youll be just fine.
