Xanga

Is there anyway to get a QuickTime video off your desktop into a xanga post? What is the code? I imagine it'd be the same code as you would paste if you wanted the video on the top of your site.
Also: How would I upload my video onto the internet where it'd have a link so I could paste it into the code for my xanga entry?

You can upload videos at photobucket, and youtube.com

I personaly like you tube, but thats just me,
And if you have a myspace you can upload them there.
