when u put tampons in why doesnt it feel good? like masturbating or whatever? why doesnt it feel pleasurable?

Um, because you're not using it to get pleasure? It's kinda like, guy might touch you, but if you don't like them it doesn't do anything for you. It's not a tampons purpose.
