i need to loose a lot of weight but like quickly .. i weigh like 220 right now and by the end of school which is in like i dunno june something i wanna be like so much thinner. my goal weight is like 145 or maybe somewhere around there. it's not that i'm like rele fat its just that it runs in my family and i don't want 2 be like this anymore. any tips ideas anything.. i will rate high if you do. thank you!

The key to loosing weight is eat healthy and exercise. If you want a diet plan you should go to a nutritionist. Go to www.toneteen.com There are many exercises there for each part of the body.
