will someone please help me
im quite fat and i go red all the time i mean i get worn out really easly like i will walk down the street and i will go proper red nearly purple and i dont no why i no its probs because of my weight and i really want to be thin but i cant cause i get really anoyed and imbarased wen i do sum exercise and im bright red i would love to be thin and i would be able to do it if i just didnt go so red and get so worn out its horible i dont really like going shoping or when my mates go out of school for lunch i hate it cause im really red and everyone laughs at me / is something wrong woth me and can this be stoped i will rate high
jean_nicole answered Friday September 16 2005, 6:03 pm: Walk inplace in your room for as long as possible. Then each week or two try to increase how long you do it and how fast. If you have a tv in there watch it while you do it or turn a radio on. Then when you get a little more fit you can maybe start jogging outside.
But also remember that you need to have a good diet to go along with your exercise. I would suggest a vegetarian or vegan diet because meat is just plain bad for you and plus its extremely low in fat.

XSugarPieX77 answered Friday September 16 2005, 3:25 pm: Most likely it cant be stopped if you continue to stay at this weight. Dont be embarressed for trying to loose weight, everyone does it. I'm not skinny either,but, I am very athletic. Just, take a jog around the block a couple times, if you get the feel of running and walking long distances the redness will ease up.. Do some exercises in your house if you dont want to any wheres else. Eat more fruits and veggies and try to stay away from carbs. Good Luck!!!
