imbarased~ its spelled embarassed
and you could do crunches inside the air condition if you really hot and sweaty
you could also try going to the gym

Walk inplace in your room for as long as possible. Then each week or two try to increase how long you do it and how fast. If you have a tv in there watch it while you do it or turn a radio on. Then when you get a little more fit you can maybe start jogging outside.
But also remember that you need to have a good diet to go along with your exercise. I would suggest a vegetarian or vegan diet because meat is just plain bad for you and plus its extremely low in fat.
If you need more help don't be afraid to leave me a quetion~

Most likely it cant be stopped if you continue to stay at this weight. Dont be embarressed for trying to loose weight, everyone does it. I'm not skinny either, but, I am very athletic. Just, take a jog around the block a couple times, if you get the feel of running and walking long distances the redness will ease up.. Do some exercises in your house if you dont want to any wheres else. Eat more fruits and veggies and try to stay away from carbs. Good Luck!!!

I would suggest talking to your doctor about it because there might be something wrong with your thyroid.
