Weight Loss If I walk daily 30 minutes fast, how much I loose wight within a month ?

30 minutes a day is good!! Combine that with sensible eating, and you can see a loss of possibly 20 pounds, depending on how much actual body fat you have, ya know? A good portion of that weight will be "water weight", which definitely makes you appear slimmer!! Goodluck!! :D ]
