there is this saying sorta thing..it goes something like: "water water all around and not a drop to drink" or something like that. Does anyone know what shakespeare play it's from?

You haven't been able to find it because it is not Shakespeare.

It is from The Rime of the Ancient Mariner by Samuel Taylor Coleridge.

The exact quote is "Water, water, everywhere, nor any drop to drink."
