um i cut and i want to stop do you have any tips??

You just stop. I don't get why everyone is like "Cutting is SOOOOO addicting I CANT stop!" Thats not true. You CAN stop, trust me I know. Just try using a journal to write in about how you feel and whats going on in your life. Also try listening to music. That should help. I sugguest hawthorne Heights.
