ok so my best friend in the whole world is going thru a crisis right now .. breakups are very hard. well,, i've been giving here all the advice i've got but i feel really guilty because i cant be there with her to help her get thru this. i want everything to be better,, and i told her we would get thru this together.. but i feel so bad that i cant help her anymore?

what do i do now?

wow ... crisis ! well, if it's a long distance friendship, then there is absolutely nothing you can do but talk to her and call her and comfort her when she needs it. the most you can do is just be there for her, cuz that is probably all she needs, is someone to be there for her. dont feel guilty that you can't do anything, just do as much as you can. im sure she wont blame you for anything. hope this helps! xoxox
