the best advice i can give you is to juts stay busy and do things that make YOU happy and things that make YOU have fun....that should help a little.

I used to get really miserable right before my period when I was your age too, eating LOADSA chocolate doesn't work it just makes ur bum big!!!
Thankfully my Mom is a Homeopathic Remedist.
Try taking "Oil of Evening Primrose" the week beore you are due on, and for the first 3 days you are bleeding
If this doesn't help then see your GYNAE and he can prescribe pills that will reduce the MISERABLE feeling. (they will also make your periods lighter. and if you get them your spots fewer )it's called DIANETTE. (It is a contraceptive pill and they will test your blood pressure and BMI and stuff to see if you are compatible with the tablet if not then they will find another (I only know this one cos I was on it for years!)
If you need any other advice or just want a chat at anytime then e-Mail me at MelHarvey@Hotmail.Com
Take care
