Ok here it goes, when it was holidays and i texted my friend asking him 2 meet up he texted back yeh sure when i get back we can meet whenever you want!!! I so badly want to see him. i have not seen him since i was 13 and in 17 its such along time. so he never texted me when he got back so i texted him saying you forgot to text me? he never answered. i get the impression he does not want to see me! although last time he said when i see you give me a birthday kiss. what shall i do!!!!

give him some time to text you. if he doesn't text you back try texting him again with plans, maybe he's busy, but if that doesn't work then try calling him. you guys would probably have a good time together, but juss because he isn't texting you back right away doesn't mean he doesn't want to see you.
