Go to your "COLUMN SETTINGS" link [just below your "INBOX"]. Under "APPROVED PUBLIC STYLES", click the "PREVIEW" link next to "YOUR SPACE". If you decide you definitely do want that layout, click "USE". [:

You need to go to your Column Settings, [Link](Mouse over link to see full location), and choose a style. The style that you're pertaining to is 'Your Space'. You can also add color to your column.
