u said to try to think of the hapy things instead of de bad things well yea i tryed abd der si nothing happy in my life so u got any mor ideas?

talk to someone that just makes you happy or find someone that you can talk to ! there is something that makes you happy wither its a t.v show or a friend or stuffed animal ! there is something ! && just watch it or talk to it ! ther is a way out of this !!
